Urban Eden Designs is a Bristol garden design company with care for the client and the environment at its heart.

Run by garden designer Diane Holness, and drawing on the skills of professional gardeners, craftspeople and green builders we can offer you a range of services:
Consultation, a discussion of your needs and the possibilities to help you clarify what you want and  what is possible.

Garden design from basic sketch layout to a fully worked scheme including planting plans and construction details.

Project management to see the plans made a reality.

Garden artwork made, commissioned  or sourced for you,

Urbane Dens – garden structures from follies to garden offices designed and built for you. Specialising in green building techniques such as straw bale, hempcrete and green roofs.

Also garden maintenance and general gardening – weeding, pruning, planting  etc.

‘Dressing’ a garden before a house sale to maximise it’s appeal, just as you would de-clutter and decorate your home.

Instructing groups of children or adults in how to garden – especially how to ‘grow your own’ .  I have a DBS (previously a CRB) enhanced certificate acquired for my work as a gardening instructor in a Bristol School.  This permits me to work with children and vulnerable adults.
